SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Most LETTERCUT products are made to order. Your custom house numbers and letters will typically be ready to ship within 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

International Shipping (United States) We ship to all US addresses. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days after your order ships. We make considerable effort to deliver duty free, however, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by US Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.  
International Orders outside USA Same as above, except delivery times vary, usually 1-2 weeks

Tracking Information All orders include tracking information(except where noted) which will be sent to your email address once your order ships. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's tracking portal.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
